The Captain makes all calls on fishing charters inclusive of weather. If inclement weather prevails you can either reschedule your trip or we will refund your deposit.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit via credit card is required at the time the reservation is made outside of 30 days from the reservation date. The Balance is due upon arrival for the charter. Reservations that are made within 30 days of the date of arrival must be paid in full. A confirmation will be sent automatically. Booking dates are not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 30 days prior to fishing date for reservations made during non-peak season receive a full refund. Cancellations of peak period reservations - July and August - will forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days are charged in full. No shows are charged in full.
A tip of 10-20% is customary for the crew at the end of the trip. Your trip includes 1st Mate services rendered for the duration of the trip, all bait, tackle, fishing license, and fish cleaning.
